The angels let one slip through the crack when I married my high school sweetheart, in 1977. I knew she must have been under some sort of spell when she said she married me for my hands. Regardless, I still proclaim to be the first boy to have kissed her at a spin-the-bottle party in the eighth grade. Promising her a life filled with adventure and travel, we went cold turkey on sweet tea and boiled peanuts and headed out to see the world. During the last thirty-five years, we have changed addresses approximately every four years (coast-to-coast, and overseas), bolted-on car tags from seven different states, and been blessed with two wonderful children--now both adults.

I graduated from Auburn University in 1976 with a Bachelor of Aviation Management and from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in 1984 with a Master of Aeronautical Science. After college, I served six years as an Air Force pilot, five years as a corporate pilot, and twenty-one years as a commercial airline pilot for American Airlines based in Washington D.C., Nashville, Chicago, Dallas, and Los Angeles. My flight experience equates to having spent over two years in the air in everything from Piper Cubs to jumbo jets and seaplanes to helicopters.
“When once you have tasted flight, you will forever walk the earth with your eyes turned skyward, for there you have been, and there you will always long to return.” - See more at: http://karlenepetitt.blogspot.com/2012/02/mike-coy.html#sthash.cywzEj5b.dpuf

The fictional stories I write are derived from the real world—where we all live—stories about the world as it is, strange and real, yet full of grace. As individuals we are unique works of art, but within our human experiences (successes, failures, and heartaches) we are connected by a common thread. It is my goal that each story I write entertain, evoke emotion, and leave my readers with a message of hope for a better tomorrow.

[1],[2] we report a case of a solitary esoc in a young male in whom a fine needle aspiration cytology (fnac) possibility of chondroid syringoma (cs) was suggested in view of abundant cartilaginous material. viagra soft tabs 20mg The case is presented here for its diagnostic pitfall on cytology. generic viagra A 30-year-old man presented with a slowly progressive painless swelling in the left arm for the past 4 months. The mass was subcutaneous, firm, freely mobile, nontender, and the overlying skin was unremarkable. buy viagra canada The patient was referred for fnac. Giemsa-stained smears showed abundant, dense clumps of metachromatically stained chondroid stroma and fair number of entrapped bland looking cells. These cells were medium to large sized with moderate amount of vacuolated pale cytoplasm; there was no atypia, mitoses, or pleomorphism [figure 1]. Thus, the diagnosis of a benign adnexal skin tumor with a possibility of cs was suggested. The mass was surgically excised and measured 2 × 1. 5 × 1 cm. viagra online in uk The cut surface was lobulated, gray-white with focal bony hard areas. viagra without a doctor prescription The periphery of the swelling revealed a glistening thin white cap.
